مثلت اليوم أمام وكيل بالنيابة مستشارة في احدى الوزارات السيادية متهمة بصرف شيك بمبلغ 160 مليون أوقية قديمة لرجل أعمال بدون رصيد، محالة من قبل إدارة الجرائم الاقتصادية، وتنتظر أن يتصرف وكيل الجمهورية على المسطرة.
محامي المستشارة المتهمة رفع دعوى متعارضة ضد الشاكي من موكلته المستشارة يتهمه فيها بالضغط على موكلته بتوقيع شيك على سلف بزيادة وهو ما اصبح يعرف اليوم ب"شبيكو" التي تعتبر جل القضايا المطروحة أمام النيابة والمحكمة حولها.
