أصدر معهد شيزوال للعلوم الدولية الفرنسي لائحته السنوية للمائة شخصية الأكثر تأثيراُ على مستوي القارة الافريقية. هذا وقد حلت مديرة بنك موريتانيا العام (GBM) ليلى بوعماتوا في المرتبة التاسعة وهي الموريتانية الوحيدة في هذه القائمة.
يذكر أن السيدة ليلى هي كريمة رجل الأعمال الموريتاني المعروف محمد ولد بوعماتو.
