عبرت أوساط عريضة من داعمي مرشح الإجماع الوطني محمد ولد الشيخ محمد احمد ولد الغزواني عن ارتياحها لتعيين مدير غرفة التجارة السيد احمد باب ولد اعلي مديرا لحملة المرشح على مستوى العاصمة نواكشوط.

ويعتبر ولد اعلي احد ابرز داعمي المرشح في ولاية انشيري وهو رجل أعمال وإطار معروف النزاهة والاستقامة والجدية في العمل كما ان له علاقات واسعة  وخبر كبيرة في العمل السياسي الميداني مما يجعل تعينه يشكل إضافة نوعية مهمة لحملة المرشح.ارا
