الوئام الوطني ـ تداول مدونون على نطاق واسع طمس وابتلاع الرمال لأكبر مشروع للطاقة الشمسية بالبلاد ، والواقع بمركز بلنوار الإداري التابع لولاية داخلت نواذيبو
المشروع تم تمويله سنة 2017 و كان من المتوقع أن يكون أضخم المشاريع الأجنبية الممولة للدولة الموريتانية غير ان هذا الإنجاز لم يعمر طويلا للأسف بسبب غياب ثقافة الصيانة و المتابعة لدى شركة الكهرباء و وزارة النفط.
وتساءل المدونو نع على من تقع مسؤولية ضياع المشروع و هدر كل هذه الأموال دون أن تعود بالنفع على المواطنيين
