صادق البرلمان الموريتاني ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧﻈﺎﻡ ﺩﺍﺧﻠﻲ ﺟﺪﻳﺪ ﻟﻠﺠﻤﻌﻴﺔ الوطنية ﻳﺘﻀﻤﻦ ﻋﻘﻮﺑﺎﺕ ﺿﺪ ﻛﻞ ﺑﺮﻟﻤﺎﻧﻲ ﻳﻮﺟﻪ ﺇﺳﺎﺀﺓ ﻟﺮﺋﻴﺲ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﻬﻮﺭﻳﺔ, وذلك في جلسة علنية عقدت أمس الأربعاء.

ﻭﺷﻤﻠﺖ ﻧﻔﺲ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﻮﺑﺎﺕ ﺃﻱ ﻋﻀﻮ ﻳﻤﺎﺭﺱ ﺍﻟﺪﻋﺎﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺼﺮﻳﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻔﺌﻮﻳﺔ, كما يعاقب النظام الداخلي ﺍﻟﺠﺪﻳﺪ ﺃﻱ ﻋﻀﻮ ﺑﺮﻟﻤﺎﻧﻲ "ﻳﺪﻋﻮ ﻟﻠﻌﻨﻒ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺟﻠﺴﺔ ﻋﺎﻣﺔ ﺃﻭ ﻳﻬﻴﻦ ﺃﻱ ﻋﻀﻮ ﺁﺧﺮ ."

ﻭﺗﺘﻀﻤﻦ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﻮﺑﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺠﺪﻳﺪﺓ أيضا ﺣﺮﻣﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﻀﻮ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﺎﺭﻛﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺪﺩ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺠﻠﺴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﺠﻠﺴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻤﺖ ﻣﻌﺎﻗﺒﺘﻪ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ.
