أكدت مصادر محلية أن أغلب مناطق مقاطعة السبخة بولاية نواكشوط الغربية، تواجه هذه الفترة تهديدات وخطر الكلاب السائبة.
وقالت ذات المصادر، إنه لا يخلو يوم من هجوم الكلاب على أحد المواطنين أو أطفال أحيائهم، دون أن تقوم السلطات الإدارية في المقاطعة بإتخاذ ما يلزم لمواجهة هذا الخطر الذي يتهدد سلامة السكان.
