أفاد موفد وكالة الوئام الوطني للانباء إلى مدينة نواذيبو ان حشودا جماهيرية عريضة بدأت تتدفق على ساحة المهرجان الذي سيترأسه بعد لحظات في المدينة مرشح التغيير المدني سيدي محمد ولد بوبكر.
ورصدت كاميرا موفد الوئام جوانب من هذه الحشود التي وصلت إلى ساحة المهرجان من مختلف أحياء المدينة, وهو المهرجان الذي ستواكبه الوكالة أولا بأول.
