أفاد مصدر شديد الإطلاع أن الرئيس الموريتاني المنتخب محمد ولد الشيخ الغزواني وبعد حفل تنصيبه وتكشبل حكومته  سيجري تغييرات واسعة تتضمن تعيين مجموعة من الأطر الأكفاء  من المختصين على رأس معظم المؤسسات العمومية الكبرى 

واضاف المصدر ذاته ان  لائحة من خيرة الأطر الأكفاء و الخبراء المختصين باتت جاهزة عند ديوان الرئيس المنتخب تضم كفاءات عالية ظلت مهمشة خلال الفترة الماضية سيتم تعيينهم جميعا كل حسب تخصصه في المكان المناسب لتمكينه من المشاركة الفاعلة والفعالة في تنزيل وتطبيق مجمل التعهدات التي تضمنها برنامج الرئيس المنتخب
