أفادت مصادر شديدة الاطلاع ان الرئيس المنتخب محمد ولد الغزواني وفي اطار استعداداته وتحضيراته لتشكيل اول حكومة في عهدته جمع رزمة من السير الذاتية لعدد معتبر من الكفاءات الوطنيةالشابة  من ضمنها خبراء ودكاترة ومهندسين وباحثين  معظمهم من فئة  الشباب 

وقالت المصادر التي نقلت الخبر للوئام أن الرئيس المنتخب جعل من اولوياته  اختيار هذه الكفاءات  الوطنية كل حسب تخصصه لادارة المؤسسات العامة  الكبرى والتي عانت خلال الفترة الماضية من ضعف الاداء
