اكدت مصادر مطلعة  أن رزمة من السير الذاتية لكفاءات وطنية  باتت جاهزة بين أيدي اللرئيس الموريتاني المنتخب محمد ولد الشيخ الغزواني والذي رجحت المصادر التي نقلت الخبر للوئام أن تضم حكومته الأولى 8وزراء من الموظفين الدوليين السابقين القادمين من المهجر الى ذلك تقول المصادر ذاتها  أن من بين هؤلاء موظفين سابقين في البك الدولي وهيئات تابعة للأمم المتحدة  والاتحاد الافريقي وبعض المؤسسات الدولية الكبرى 

وتؤكد نفس المصادر اسناد حقائب وزارية لثلاثة من الأمناء العامين  الحاليين لثلاث وزارات  و4  حقائب وزارية  لوزراء في الحكومة الحالية  هذا باالاضافة الى أحد الجنرالات وواليين من الولاة الحاليين ومستشارين ومكلف بمهمة في رئاسة الجمهورية ونائبين برلمانيين وسفيرين
