الوئام الوطني ـ قالت مصادر مطلعة إن الأهالي في مقاطعة عرفات بولاية نواكشوط الجنوبية، تمكنوا من إلقاء القبض على متهم بإرتكاب جرائم إغتصاب في المقاطعة.

وقد تم على نطاق واسع تداول فيديو القبض على المتهم من طرف المواطنين، حيث أذاقوه الأمرين بالضرب والركل والشتم، قبل أن يتم تسليمه إلى الشرطة.
