الوئام الوطني ـ أعلن عت تعيين الرائد عالي ولد علوات (ضابط الحرس الرئاسي الذي كان مقرّباً من الرئيس السابق محمد ولد عبد العزيز) ضابط ارتباط في الملحقية العسكرية بالرباط.
و يعرف ولد علوات بقربه من ولد عبد العزيز، و بأنه الضابط الذي تم انتدابه لجلب سيدي ولد الشيخ عبد الله من مكتبه يوم الانقلاب عليه.
