وكالة الوئام - قدم صاحب السعادة السيد الدمان محمد همر، أوراق اعتماده يوم  الخميس للرئيس التونسي بالنيابة محمد الناصر، وذلك بصفته سفيرا فوق العادة وكامل السلطة للجمهورية الاسلامية الموريتانية  في تونس.

وبحسب "وكالة تونس إفريقيا للأنباء" الوكالة الرسمية في البلاد، فإن رئيس البلاد، تسلم أوراق السفير الموريتاني ضمن 5 سفراء جدد في تونس.

وكان الدمان قد شغل منصب مدير تشريفات للرئيس الموريتاني السابق محمد ولد عبد العزيز، كما تقلد منصب قنصل لموريتانيا بغينيا بيساو، ثم قنصلا لها بالمملكة العربية السعودية قبل ان يتم تعيينه  اخيرا سفيرا لموريتانيا في تونس .
