أقدم رجل مختل عقليا، اليوم الأحد، على ذبح ابن جيرانه في حي ملح بمقاطعة توجنين في ولاية نواكشوط الشمالية.

وقال شهود عيان لوكالة الوئام إن الضحية نقل إلى المستشفى في حالة حرجة.
