نشرت مملكة ليسوتو، يوم امس الجمعة، مذكرة شفوية لوزارتها للشؤون الخارجية والعلاقات الدولية، تعلن من خلالها رسميا قرارها "تعليق جميع تصريحاتها وقراراتها" المتعلقة بوضع الصحراء و"الجمهورية الصحراوية" الوهمية، وبأن "تدعم بقوة المسلسل السياسي الذي تشرف عليه الأمم المتحدة"، وبأن تنهج مستقبلا "حيادا إيجابيا في كل الاجتماعات الإقليمية والجهوية والدولية" التي تتناول هذه القضية.
وذكر بلاغ لوزارة الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الدولي المغربية أن "نشر هذه المذكرة الشفوية، التي تحمل رقم 24/fr/cl/ctr/31 والمؤرخة بـ 04/10/2019، جاء عقب الاتصال الهاتفي الذي أجراه وزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الدولي السيد ناصر بوريطة، اليوم، مع وزير الشؤون الخارجية والعلاقات الدولية بليسوتو السيد ليسيغو ماكغوثي".
وكانت مملكة ليسوتو، التي قررت يوم امس تعليق كافة تصريحاتها وقراراتها السابقة المتعلقة بـ "الجمهورية الصحراوية" الوهمية، قد اعترفت بهذا الكيان الوهمي في 9 أكتوبر 1985.
