الوئام الوطني - أفادت مصادر متطابقة ان رئيس المحكمة التجارية أصدر أوامره باستدعاء الشيخ علي الرضا في قضية الديون المترتبة عليه.
وكتب المحامي سيد المختار بن سيدي تدونة على صفحته قال فيها:
أصدر رئيس المحكمة التجارية أمرا باستدعاء التاجر الشيخ الرضا. وبهذا الاجراء يكون أمام كل دائن أجل شهرين للمطالبة بدينه أمام المحكمة من تاريخ النشر في الجريدة الرسمية و الا ضاع حقه بارادته المنفردة وليس بسبب الشيخ الرضى و لا القضاء و لا الحكومة.و اذا كان الدائن يقيم في الخارج مدد الاجل بشهرين.
